Founded in 1992, SensorData Technologies, Inc. is a manufacturer of custom designed Torque and Force Sensors. SensorData was founded to re-address the marketplace need for applying the measurement device to the engineer's test, and not vice-versa. When you need to measure accurate, reliable, high integrity torque, force, or a multiple combination of both, we hope you will allow SensorData Technologies the opportunity to respond to those needs.

Engineering Design…
SensorData has provided a number of measurement products to a wide variety of industries ranging from multi-axis sensors to measure tire geometry, to multi-component sensors to measure simultaneous wheel torque and vehicle weight. SensorData has the right transducer to fit your needs, from simple reaction torque in mixing applications, to complex force applications in true fatigue environments. Custom design does not mean infinite delivery at exaggerated prices. SensorData was founded to serve as a customer-driven engineering company. We take a great deal of pride in our ability to provide a timely response to your inquires. The success of your test is the criteria by which we measure our success.

Manufacturing Capabilities…
All SensorData Technologies products are designed, manufactured, and tested in our Sterling Heights factory. Our Quality Assurance is fully traceable to the U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). Every product shipped from our plant carries the full backing of a rigid test and documentation program. SensorData Technologies has a fully equipped Standards Calibration Lab, with torque capability to 500,000 lb.-in. and force to 300,000 lbs. Modern, state-of-the art, procedures and equipment guarantee a certified and traceable conformance to product specification.
